My new neighbors

Throughout the many years of my existence, my history of neighbors is worthy of a court date. The couple who forgot to close their drapes, the couple who went to bed at 7 PM, and the couple who thought they owned the entire building. Ah yes, those neighbors deserve my spite. However, I gained news of my soon-to-be neighbor today, from the NYTimes. This new neighbor will definitely be an experience, I'm just not sure whether it will be good or bad.
